As a veteran principal, professor, author, speaker, and coach, Kate Barker believes that everything starts with a genuine relationship. Connections and high expectations are at the core of her philosophy.
Kate's greatest joy has come from learning from fellow educators, community partners, students, and families. Decades later, she still thinks she has the best profession in all the world, and she looks forward to sharing practical strategies, epic fails, and real stories with you.
